Alcohol promotional gifts are not available to anyone under the age of 18. By entering any alcohol-related competition, giveaway, or receiving a promotional gift from us, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. We may request proof of age upon delivery or collection.

Delivery Policy
We currently deliver within South Africa only, using PostNet-to-PostNet for secure and convenient delivery. Orders will be dispatched within 2–5 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery times typically range from 2–4 working days, depending on your location. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel to the selected PostNet branch. Please ensure your contact and collection details are correct.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product offerings, we only accept returns if the item is damaged during transit or the incorrect item was sent. If your product is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of collection and provide supporting photographs. We’ll replace the item or arrange a refund.
Return shipping for approved returns is on us. Items returned without prior approval will not be refunded or exchanged.​
